Eye Spy

We celebrated New Years' Eve at the Oceanaire Seafood Room Indianapolis. It's got this cool, between-the-world-wars, art-deco vibe to it. Really my favorite period (like I would know . . . ) Anyway, I love this photo because of Jemima's eye that sneaks in between our heads. Cheeky little monkey.

Neil! That restaurant sounds very old school and like something you might find. Thanks for such kindness on my blog during my magical Who/Parliment filled trip. It was like no other your nice words really added to it.
What a wonderful monkey the two of you have!!

Thanks for the comments on my blog about the XK and DB9. Its good to hear from a XK(8) owner first hand. Well thats right - I realized those mistakes. I knew what you said, I just didn't word them correctly.
No - I've never been in a (or close to a) DB9 or in an XK for that matter. (Bummer!). Its hard to get to see Aston Martin's in America. I've seen DB7s and even the Vanquish in UK.

I've got a friend who suffers from dyslexia and insomnia. Plus he's agnostic. He stays up all night wondering if there's a Dog.

You are hilarious!

Nice blog and a big hi to your family.

Madame, science, be a very great ornament, an' a thin' o' marvelous use, especially in swabbies raised t' that degree o' fortune in which ye be. An', in truth, in swabbies o' mean an' low condition, 't cannot perform its true an' genuine office, bein' naturally more prompt t' assist in th' conduct o' war, in th' government o' swabbiess, in negotiatin' th' leagues an' friendships o' princes an' foreign nations, than in formin' a syllogism in logic, in pleadin' a process in law, or in prescribin' a dose o' pills in physic. Wherefore, madame, believin' ye will nay omit this so necessary feature in th' education o' yer children, who yersef be havin' tasted its sweetness, an' be o' a learned extraction (fer we yet be havin' th' writings o' th' ancient Counts o' Foix, from whom me lord, yer husband, an' yersef, be both o' ye descended, an' Monsieur de Candale, yer uncle, ever' tide obliges th' world wi' others, which will extend th' knowledge o' this quality in yer family fer so many succeedin' ages), I will, upon this occasion, presume t' acquaint yer ladyship, wi' one particular fancy o' me own, contrary t' th' common method, which be all I be able t' contribute t' yer service in this affair.
